Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Map Updates & Services)

All digital services, including software downloads, license keys, or map updates are non-refundable once delivered or activated due to the nature of digital content.

If you experience technical issues, contact support within 7 days for assistance.

2. Physical Products (if applicable)

If you sell any physical products:

A. Return Eligibility:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase required.

B. Process:

  1. Contact support at support@garnavmaps.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

C. Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds issued to the original payment method.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 5 days of delivery if your product is defective or incorrect. We will provide a replacement or full refund (including shipping).

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Activated digital products
  • Installed software or hardware
  • Opened or modified devices
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours unless processing has already started.
