1. Digital Products (Map Updates & Services)
All digital services, including software downloads, license keys, or map updates are non-refundable once delivered or activated due to the nature of digital content.
If you experience technical issues, contact support within 7 days for assistance.
2. Physical Products (if applicable)
If you sell any physical products:
A. Return Eligibility:
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase required.
B. Process:
- Contact support at support@garnavmaps.com to request a return authorization.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
C. Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Refunds issued to the original payment method.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 5 days of delivery if your product is defective or incorrect. We will provide a replacement or full refund (including shipping).
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Activated digital products
- Installed software or hardware
- Opened or modified devices
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours unless processing has already started.
